Research On The Protection And Reuse Of The Mansion Buildings Of Hankou Original Concession ——Illustrated By The Case Of The Design Of The S.W.Livinoff Mansion In The Former Russian Concession In Hankou

The Hankou concession mansions,as a label of the wealth and status of the upper class in modern times,embodies the high level of architectural technology and decorative arts at that time,and reflects the development level of economy,technology,culture and art at that time.There are not many existing mansions in the Hankou concession mansions,and a large number of modern mansions with high cultural and artistic value have been scorched by historical reasons and modernization.Carry out research on modern mansions,and put forward protection and reuse design plans that adapt to the development of the times.Not only can it arouse the public’s attention to the building of the mansion in the concession,it can even allow the public to spontaneously protect the few existing mansions;and consciously continue the original historical significance and artistic and cultural value of the residence,so that modern life can be integrated into the historical and cultural atmosphere of the residence building.At present,Hankou pays more attention to the protection and repair of the appearance of the mansion buildings in the concession,but the appearance of some of the restored mansion buildings is also unsatisfactory.Most of the indoor and courtyard of the mansion have not been protected,and the indoor and outdoor environmental conditions are worrying,which seriously affects the characteristics of the original mansion.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the overall protection and reuse of the mansions,discusses the protection and reuse strategy of the Hankou mansions,and applies it to practical cases.The research of this thesis is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,the research background,research trends at home and abroad,research purposes and significance,relevant theories,research methods and research framework are discussed.In the second chapter,the macro background of Hankou concession and the development network of Hankou concession mansion buildings are combed.Chapter III investigates and analyzes the existing mansion of the Hankou concession residence,which mainlyanalyzes the preservation status,use status,architectural features,protection history and architectural value of the mansion,so as to summarize the problems of the existing mansions in Hankou;Chapter 4 analyzes the excellent cases that Hankou’s existing mansions has been used,and summarizes the protection and reuse strategies applicable to Hankou Residence;Chapter 5 is the design the protection and reuse of S.W.Livinoff mansion,which is to apply theory to practice;Chapter 6 summarizes the full text,summarizes and prospects the full text,and aims to provide a reference and ideas for the protection and utilization of the existing mansions in Hankou.
