Research On The Integrity Of Yichang Third Front Industrial Heritage And It’s Protection Regeneration

In the early 1960 s,a large number of industrial enterprises were born in the deep mountains far away from the city in the west of the country due to the construction of the third line.In the middle and late 1980 s,the third line factories moved out of the mountain during the adjustment and reform,leaving a rich third-tier industrial heritage.As a special type of heritage in industrial heritage,the third-tier industrial heritage is relatively well preserved because it is far away from the city,and has obvious integrity characteristics compared with general industrial heritage.The integrity of the third-tier industrial heritage is the basis of its value assessment.Only on the basis of the global value assessment can different-level intervention of the third-tier industrial heritage be carried out with different efforts.Therefore,the research on the integrity of the third-tier industrial heritage is of great significance.Yichang was once included in the key areas of the third-line construction because of its geographical location,topography and climatic conditions.At present,most of the thirdtier industrial heritage in Yichang remains intact,and the characteristics of both humanistic and natural heritage are typical for studying the integrity of the third-tier industrial heritage.Therefore,this paper takes Yichang third-line industrial heritage as the research object,and focuses on its protection and regeneration research based on integrity characteristics.First of all,this article sorts out Yichang’s third-tier industry from the historical dimension,and on this basis,analyzes the integrity of the third-tier industrial heritage endowed by the industrial logic in the third-tier construction.Then,classify and analyze the current status of Yichang’s third-line industrial heritage,select seven typical cases,and divide the typical cases into two categories based on the relationship between the heritage and the city and the possibility of future development: from closed to open and from deviation to integration.Secondly,based on the contingency of the protection and regeneration of the third-tier industrial heritage in Yichang at present,the question of the integrity of the third-tier industrial heritage is raised,that is,the integrity of the third-tier industrial heritage does not point to holistic protection,but serves as the basis for the overall value judgment before the protection and regeneration of the heritage.Taking the transformation of the 809 Factory Command as an example,based on the overall value research and analysis,it analyzes the spatial matching problems and the degree of intervention during the transformation of third-value industrial heritage with different values.Finally,a parallel comparative study on the protection and regeneration strategies of the third-tier industrial heritage in Yichang and other cities was conducted to analyze the urban significance,place significance and spatial significance of the similar third-tier industrial heritage in different transformation strategies,and based on the integrity perspective on the future of the third-tier industrial heritage Design practice made recommendations.
