| In recent years,with the increasingly serious environmental problems,the development of renewable energy has become a universal consensus among all countries in the world.Solar energy is a kind of clean and renewable energy.The integration of solar photovoltaic technology and buildings is an important measure to promote low-carbon development,energy conservation and emission reduction of cities.With the support of relevant policies,China presents a trend of block-scale installation and application of photovoltaic technology in urban environment.At present,there is a lack of systematic research on the solar photovoltaic potential of residential areas with different layout at the scale of urban blocks.Due to the influence of laws,regulations and policies,the layout of residential blocks in China shows certain characteristics.It is necessary to put forward the research on the potential of large-scale photovoltaic utilization in domestic residential blocks,to establish a systematic evaluation method for photovoltaic utilization potential in residential blocks,and to put forward the design strategy for the practice of large-scale photovoltaic installation.Based on this,this paper builds an evaluation method of solar photovoltaic potential at the block scale.Taking residential blocks in wuhan as the research object,the distribution characteristics and influence rules of photovoltaic utilization potential of existing and newly built residential blocks are analyzed.This paper not only puts forward the corresponding design strategy for the existing residential blocks on the scale application of photovoltaic technology,but also provides the photovoltaic utilization strategy for the new residential blocks at the beginning of planning and design.Based on the analysis of solar radiation on the building surface,this paper constructs an evaluation method of solar photovoltaic potential at the block scale.The evaluation of solar photovoltaic potential in the block is defined as four specific modules,which are solar radiation potential,photovoltaic installation potential,photovoltaic technology potential and solar comprehensive benefits.At the same time,each module defines multiple quantitative evaluation indicators to comprehensively measure the photovoltaic utilization potential of the block.For the existing residential blocks,based on the evaluation method of solar photovoltaic potential and the current situation of urban residential districts in Wuhan,this paper evaluates the photovoltaic potential of the existing 9 types of residential blocks and a total of 36 block instances,and obtains the quantitative evaluation results of photovoltaic potential of various residential blocks.Then,the distribution characteristics of photovoltaic potential in different types of residential blocks are compared,the influence of various morphological parameters of blocks on photovoltaic potential is analyzed,and the distribution characteristics of photovoltaic potential of residential blocks corresponding to different parameter ranges are discussed.Based on this,this paper proposes the corresponding design strategies for existing residential blocks on the scale application of photovoltaic technology.For the newly built residential blocks,this paper conducted a parametric study on the solar photovoltaic potential.By adjusting the four control indexes of building shape,north-south occlusion,building height and building spacing in residential blocks,the new residential block with four types of layout and a total of 64 layout schemes were obtained,and the photovoltaic utilization potential of various residential blocks is studied by parameterization.This paper analyzes the distribution characteristics of photovoltaic utilization potential in different block environments,and puts forward the design strategy of large-scale photovoltaic utilization in residential blocks for each control index. |
