At present,the mutual constraints between buildings,cities,energy,and the environment are increasingly severe.With the further deepening and development of domestic urbanization,the research and application of related technologies such as building energy conservation and emission reduction are imminent.Solar energy is an important clean and renewable energy source.Applying solar energy technology to replace traditional fossil energy in buildings is an important technical measure to reduce building energy consumption and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.In recent years,with the development and popularization of solar energy technology,the use of foreign photovoltaic technology in buildings is gradually being developed from the construction of monomer to the scale of the city.Assessing the potential of large-scale use of solar photovoltaics in urban environments and quantifying the potential of photovoltaics will undoubtedly help governments and city-related practitioners to better understand the distribution of photovoltaic potential in urban environments,and thus more scientifically apply them to buildings.Photovoltaic technology.This paper aims at the large-scale utilization of solar photovoltaic technology in the urban environment.According to the integration characteristics of solar photovoltaic system and its architecture,the solar photovoltaic utilization potential in the urban environment is divided into three levels of radiation potential,installation potential and technical potential,and according to the potential of the three levels,a set of solar PV potential assessment systems and specific methods that are applicable to the district scale are proposed.At the same time,this appraisal method was applied to assess the potential of three typical districts(industrial districts,commercial districts,and residential neighborhoods)in Wuhan,and the distribution characteristics and laws of photovoltaic potentials and differences in blocks in the urban environment were obtained.It is found that the potential of solar photovoltaic utilization in Wuhan city is huge.No matter which type of urban environment,the solar photovoltaic system can be installed on the surface of the block,and the potential of solar photovoltaic utilization is considerable,but the potential of solar photovoltaic utilization in different blocks is potential.There is a significant difference in the block.
