| As a kind of building material,commercial concrete has been maturely used in various engineering projects for many years.Although some information technology has been applied to the information management of commercial concrete supply chain,there are still some problems in commercial concrete supply chain information,such as opacity,low degree of collection automation and difficult to guarantee reality.It brings difficult problems to the information management of commercial concrete supply chain.Blockchain is a hot research technology in recent years,and its multi-technology integration makes it have corresponding technologies to support these existing problems in commercial concrete supply chain information management.It has the potential to help commercial concrete supply chain information management to achieve high efficiency and transparency.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the role of blockchain in the information management of commercial concrete supply chain.This paper focuses on the information management of commercial concrete supply chain based on blockchain,which mainly includes three parts.First of all,the necessity of information management of commercial concrete supply chain based on blockchain is analyzed.There are several major problems in the information management of commercial concrete supply chain,such as non-adjacent node participants’ message is not transparent,lack of trust,information on the supply chain is easy to be lost,quality traceability is difficult,data transparency and privacy protection are difficult to balance and so on.Blockchain technology can well solve these problems,provide real information for all participants in the supply chain,build a good information platform and meet the expansion needs.Secondly,the feasibility of commercial concrete supply chain information management based on blockchain is analyzed.Considering the limitation of information storage capacity and data processing efficiency of blockchain and the actual demand for transparent and efficient information management of commercial concrete supply chain,the information flow of commercial concrete supply chain and the key information points in each stage are combed,and the information flow is modeled by Petri net technology.The accessibility,boundedness and busy rate of key information points are tested by PIPE software.It is proved that the application of blockchain in commercial concrete supply chain management is feasible and can be realized in the future.Finally,the information management framework of commercial concrete supply chain based on blockchain is proposed.Select the alliance chain as the existence form of the blockchain,select the mixed consensus mechanism of "DPOS+PBFT",explain the level and physical structure of the framework,set up five main function modules: Internet of things module,data storage module,intelligent contract module,certificate center module,supply chain management module.Time effect of commercial concrete supply chain information management business process based on blockchain is simulated and evaluated. |
