Application And Obstacle Analysis Of BIM In The Construction Of An Activity Center Building

For many years,the construction industry has been at a disadvantage in the global wave of industrial informatization,failing to take the express train of Internet technology to realize the rapid transformation of the industry.With the development of construction industry informatization,the benefits brought by BIM technology are quite optimistic,and it has been accepted by more and more construction enterprises.At present,China is also in full swing in the development of construction industry information,but there are many obstacles in the actual promotion and application.The application of BIM technology in China has gradually moved from the initial design stage to the construction stage,but there are still great challenges in the application of BIM technology in the construction stage,hindering the development of informatization in the construction industry.For this reason,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,the knowledge mapping tool Citespace was used to analyze the literature on BIM technology in the database,and the research status of BIM was summarized.Secondly,combining with the application cases of BIM technology in the construction stage of a building project,the paper forms the general framework of BIM implementation and analyzes the benefits and obstacles,indicating that BIN technology can bring certain benefits,but there are also a series of problems such as the lack of software support and the flow of BIM information in the production link.Thirdly,it gives its own Suggestions and solutions to the obstacles such as the lack of BIM technical professionals in engineering enterprises and the poor flow of BIM information in the production process.In other words,it promotes the application and development of BIM technology by means of strengthening communication and cooperation,attaching importance to EPC and general project contracting management mode,etc.
