| With the rapid development of economy,the level of urbanization in China is constantly improving and the scale of construction industry is also increasing.It is well known that this need to consume a large amount of natural resources and energy;how to change the traditional construction concept,how to better practice the concept of sustainable development and how to protect the natural environment better become the most worth thinking problems.The green construction technology put forward a new direction for the traditional construction means.At present,Qingdao is in the key period of the rapid development of urbanization construction.It is of great significance to promote the application of green construction to protect the environment.In this article,through the evaluation of a project of green construction in Qingdao,it analyzes the various technologies used in this project and puts forward some suggestions on the promotion of green construction in Qingdao.First of all,this article studies the development status of green construction technology both at home and abroad.It puts forward the existing problems in China.The concept,principles and attributes of green construction are introduced in details,the green construction evaluation system is explained and the overall framework requirements and construction points of green construction are put forward.Secondly,taking a project in Qingdao as an example,the green construction principles and targets in the project are clarified,and various green construction technical measures adopted in the project are introduced,and their respective economic benefits are analyzed.The green construction evaluation system suitable for this project is constructed,and the 04 evaluation method is combined with the expert investigation method to evaluate the project.The weight of each evaluation index is determined and the objective evaluation results are obtained by calculation.In general,the project is AA grade project,which meets the requirements of green construction.It thinks that the project has produced a good social benefit and realized the expected green construction goal.The green construction technology measures were adopted to reduce the investment of the 1.6% project and achieved good economic results.Finally,in order to better promote the development of green construction industry in Qingdao,we give suggestions for all aspects.The research content of this article has certain practical significance and provides a new idea for the development of green construction technology in Qingdao. |
