The technical requirements of locomotive bogie bolt assembly at the current stage of a high-power locomotive maintenance section mainly rely on paper manuals,In order to improve bolt assembly efficiency,it is necessary to research and develop an AR system for locomotive bogie bolt auxiliary assembly using augmented reality technology.There are many bolts on the locomotive bogie and each bolt needs to be identified and positioned during assembly,existing augmented reality technology cannot meet these two requirements at the same time,YOLOv3 target detection algorithm is used to achieve augmented reality in this paper,the stability tracking of virtual instructions and the correctness supervision of bolt assembly operations are studied,the main research contents are as follows:First of all,the augmented reality process based on the YOLOv3 target detection algorithm is studied,and the factors affecting the stable tracking of virtual instructions are analyzed,including the richness of pictures in the picture data set,the clarity and size of the pictures to be detected,and the preprocessing of the recognition results.By optimizing and processing these contents,the recognition accuracy and real-time performance of target detection are improved,and stable tracking of virtual instructions is realized.Secondly,the requirements for the correctness supervision of bolt assembly operations are analyzed,according to the requirements and the basic process of bolt assembly,a solution for the correctness supervision of bolt assembly operations is designed,the correctness supervision of bolt assembly operation based on shading and the correctness supervision of bolt assembly operation based on coordinate matching are proposed.Through experiments,the accuracy and efficiency of the two regulatory mechanisms were tested and discussed.Finally,the needs of the AR system for bolt assembly of locomotive bogies are analyzed,and the overall scheme design of the system is completed.Using the augmented reality technology based on YOLOv3,the virtual instruction guides bolt assembly was completed.Combined with the stable tracking of virtual instructions and the correctness supervision of bolt assembly operations,an AR system for auxiliary assembly of locomotive bogie bolts was realized.Through case verification,all functions have been achieved and the expected results have been achieved.
