Performance evaluation plays an important role in enterprise management.A scientific and effective system of performance evaluation has a vital impact in the development and survival of the enterprise,which can accurately measure the level of the development of the enterprise and achieve the strategic objective of the enterprise.In addition,it can help enterprises find their own business problems,and correctly guide the business behavior to achieve the ultimate goal of increasing the overall efficiency of the enterprise,There are many ways to evaluate the performance of enterprises at present.Compared with other methods,the balanced scorecard has advantages on strategic foresight,comprehensiveness and development.,It emphasizes the assessment of the actual performance level from many aspects of the company.,The effectiveness of its evaluation is higher than the traditional method of assessing performance from a single financial perspective,and the former can clearly guide the enterprise to gain the strategic goal.Firstly,based on the research around the world,this paper reviews the concept of performance evaluation and its theoretical basis,describes the concept of balanced scorecard and its advantages,Secondly,this paper taking TL Wind Power Company as the specific research object,builds a performance evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard for the development strategy of TL Wind Power Company,In the view of characteristics of generation enterprises,depending on wind power,the fifth dimension Security and ecological protection dimensions are added on the basis of the traditional four dimensions.,Again according to TL company's own business strategy and the particular situation,this essay selects the associated evaluation index,through the analytic hierarchy process determines the weight of each index to analyzes the overall and each level of the score evaluates the performance of TL company,and put forward some suggestions on the problem of recognition.In the end,the study shows that it is feasible to introduce the Balanced Scorecard performance system into the TL company,which can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise production,strengthen the cohesion of the enterprise,and promote the long-term development of the company's strategy.It is a scientific and effective management method.In addition,the performance evaluation system needs corresponding support measures to ensure the effective implementation of the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system in TL company,The security system designed in this article includes:setting up the organizational structure of BSC performance evaluation of TL company,promoting the integration of BSC performance system and human resources department,setting up dynamic feedback mechanism,Setting up an electronic information management system.At the same time,it can be used for reference in the successful implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in wind power enterprises.
