In recent years,China has vigorously developed green buildings and advocated energy saving and emission reduction in the construction industry.Construction industrialization is the main development direction of China's future construction industry.For the village and town construction market,the development of economic and reliable low-rise precast structure system is of positive significance to improve the living environment and protect the ecological environment.According to the requirement of village and town structure,this paper presents a low-rise assembled concrete structure system,which is composed of ring beam,prefabricated column and composite wallboard.The U-shaped reinforcement bars are extended outside the wall,and the reinforcement holes with equal spacing are reserved for the prefabricated columns.The two bars are fixed by closed stirrups.There is no reinforcement connection between the bottom of the wall and the girder of the circle.The joint is filled only by sitting grouting.That is,the vertical deformation of the wall is restrained by the ring beam,and the horizontal deformation of the wall is restrained by the prefabricated columns on both sides,without considering the tangential effect between the wall and the ring beam.In order to study the mechanical properties of such an assembly connection system,this study used a numerical simulation method to build a prefabricated concrete slab structure model,simulating the effect of friction coefficient on the mechanical properties of the structure under horizontal one-way action;establishing four groups of openings The assembled slab structure model analyzes the influence of the opening and closing of the door and window on the mechanical properties of the fabricated slab structure through the low cycle repetitive action,from the aspects of structural deformation,hysteresis curve,skeleton curve and ductility;A simple analysis of seismic performance confirms the feasibility of the assembly scheme.The results show that this kind of precast concrete structure system has good mechanical performance and meets the seismic fortification goal of our country.The low-rise fabricated concrete structure system has certain engineering value and can be applied to practical engineering.
