In recent years,due to the increase of traffic pressure,underground traffic mode has taken up a larger proportion.As a traditional subway construction method,shield method has attracted more and more researchers’ attention.In the process of construction,there may be various kinds of sudden fault conditions.If they can not be solved reasonably,they will cause a great potential safety hazard.Therefore,safety adaptability analysis must be done well in the process of shield construction.In order to analyze the safety of the shield construction process,this paper will take the construction process of the earth pressure balanced shield machine as the object to build the simulation system,the specific contents are as follows:The operation model of shield machine in the process of shield construction is established.The input of the operation model is determined by the association rule algorithm,and the operation model is established by using the multi-element state estimation technology.Therefore,the operator can infer whether the shield machine is in normal working state according to the evolution data of the operation model,and then carry out the corresponding control operation.The fault model of shield machine in the process of shield construction is established.Using the analysis method of Monte Carlo fault tree,the fault logic tree of cutter cake fault under the working condition of shield machine is established,and the system parameters in the operation of shield machine are related to the probability of the event at the bottom of fault tree by using the idea of fuzzy mathematics.The establishment of fault model can not only calculate the probability of fault occurrence,but also make the simulation process effectively simulate whether the shield machine will fail every time it runs.Based on the idea of distributed multi-agent,the system model of shield machine is established.Based on jade platform,the system is realized,and the functions of parameter evolution and communication with other agent modules are completed.According to the simulation results,the operator can effectively judge whether the shield machine is in fault,and can adjust and control the parameters. |
