The shield construction project has such characteristics as complicated process,high risk and changeable construction environment.Once the shield machine fails,it will greatly affect the efficiency of shield tunneling and the safety of the construction site.In this paper,the operation and fault mode of the shield machine are analyzed and modeled,the excavation process of shield machine is simulated,in order to predict the possible faults of shield machine may occur during the construction process,and improve the safety of construction.In this paper,regression analysis and fault tree analysis are used to model the shield machine's operating parameters model and fault tree model.Then the Agent module of the shield machine is designed,and its interaction with the operators,managers and environment is described,to implement the simulation of shield tunneling process and predict the possible failure of shield machine.First,the operating parameters of shield tunneling are extracted,and the regression analysis method is used to build the operating parameters model.Then,select the mud cutter-head fault in the shield construction,through collection of fault cases and analysis of the causes of failure,to construct the fault tree model and solve failure probability by using fuzzy theory and T-S algorithm.Finally,based on multi-Agent system theory,establish safe adaptive simulation system of shield construction,using the operating parameters model and the fault tree model,to design the shield machine Agent simulation module,describe its communication with human and environment.The simulation and display interface process of shield tunneling is accomplished to predict the fault may occur during the shield machine excavation period.The shield machine's operating parameters model and fault tree model established in this paper,reflect the shield machine's running state and fault state,can be used to optimize the control of operating parameters and predict the probability of failure in the tunneling process.The shield machine Agent simulation module implemented in this paper,serves the safe adaptive simulation system of shield construction,can be used for simulation of shield construction machine during the excavation period,to predict the fault may occur,and analyze the security of the construction plan.
