| Distributed photovoltaic power generation has attracted people’s attention because of the combination of the two concepts "clean energy" and "distributed".It is a necessary choice for countries’ future energy strategies. In the past two decades, with the rapid development of distributed photovoltaic power generation in China,it has become a new form of power generation that cannot be ignored. However,in the process of its development and growth,a series of problems, such as more serious light abandonment,slower-than-expected development, uneven regional development, and low user acceptance, have gradually emerged. The reason is that due to the instability and uncertainty of its own power generation capacity,as an investment and construction object, there is currently a lack of a realistic economic calculation model to provide investors with reference. In addition, the economic benefits of distributed photovoltaic power generation are greatly affected by policies. Therefore, based on the dual considerations of technicality and economy,it is extremely important to construct a practical and reliable distributed photovoltaic power generation economic index model considering various factors. This thesis first uses the life cycle cost principle to fully consider the costs incurred in each stage of the distributed photovoltaic power generation system’s full life cycle. On this basis,a cost and revenue model for electricity is constructed.Using the sensitivity analysis method,it is concluded that sunshine resources and local electricity prices are the most important factors that affect the electricity revenue. At the same time, the improved discrete binary particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the scheduling of household electricity load.Energy storage batteries were added, and an optimization model and scheduling strategy were established and formulated.Calculation and analysis of economic indicators under various constraints such as energy storage capacity and load transfer are carried out. Then, using the externality theory,a comprehensive analysis of the externality impact of the distributed photovoltaic power generation system on the grid company and the government was carried out.On this basis,an economic quantitative model was constructed and measured. The analysis shows that the grid company receives negative returns in the distributed photovoltaic power generation project, while the government receives a fairly high positive return. Finally, based on the measurement results of the cost of electricity and the revenue of the electricity generated by the three parties,a model of investment and construction by users, power grid companies and the government was proposed, and a cost sharing study was launched. The analysis and calculation results show that different urban subsidy quotas should be different, and point out that in the development of distributed photovoltaic power generation, attention should be paid to the benefit compensation of grid companies.Based on the results of the full text study, some suggestions were made for the government to formulate policies. |
