This topic comes from the development project of a pod stability tracking platform.In this paper,the overall scheme design,the specific circuit design and the printed circuit board design of the pod servo control system are completed,and the function debugging and the performance test of the system are carried out.At the same time,combined with the requirements of the signal integrity in the circuit design,the causes and influencing factors of the reflection and crosstalk problems are analyzed,and the specific measures to suppress the reflection and crosstalk noise are obtained through simulation It is applied to the system circuit design.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the functional requirements and technical index requirements of the pod stability tracking platform,the overall scheme design of the control system with Zynq as the core is completed,the selection of core components and core chips such as motors,gyros and resolvers is determined,the hardware scheme design of the system is completed,the control system model is built and the closed-loop design of the system is simulated and verified.(2)Based on the theory of transmission line,the problems of reflection and crosstalk in circuit design are analyzed and simulated.Firstly,according to the formation mechanism of reflection phenomenon,the termination strategy is used to overcome the reflection problem of signal,and the optimal termination strategy is obtained through comparative simulation.Then through the theoretical analysis of the crosstalk phenomenon,it is concluded that the coupling length,the distance between the lines,the level of the lines,and the thickness of the medium can affect the crosstalk noise of the signal.The four factors are adjusted and the countermeasures to restrain the crosstalk are obtained through simulation.(3)Completing the specific circuit design of control system and PCB design.Referring to the simulation countermeasures to restrain reflection and crosstalk,it is applied to the circuit design of control unit,drive unit and decoding unit to complete the device layout,cascade planning and routing design of PCB.(4)Completing the function debugging and performance test of the control system.First,the circuit debugging and functional debugging of each unit are carried out,then the closed-loop test,system functional test and technical index test are carried out,and finally the debugging and testing of the whole pod stability tracking platform are completed.
