With the current progress in the construction of smart grids,higher requirements are placed on the stable operation of transmission lines,which makes the stable operation of transmission lines require more reliable and comprehensive transmission line monitoring technologies.It is necessary to design a transmission line front-end monitoring platform that combines video processing technology,and identification sensor fusion technology for transmission line monitoring to realize the environmental monitoring of transmission lines,thereby preventing transmission line accidents and ensuring the stable operation of the power grid.This dissertation proposes a transmission line monitoring system based on Zynq platform,through the Zynq all-programmable platform single-chip program,builds the transmission line monitoring front-end,integrates sensing information and video image collection and processing functions,and integrates a variety of information and communication methods,A power transmission line monitoring front-end comprehensive processing platform was designed.The main content and work of this dissertation are as follows:Firstly,the environmental variables that need to be monitored during the transmission line monitoring process and the monitoring methods that need to be taken are analyzed.For the numerous transmission line monitoring parameters,the system considers a comprehensive data acquisition and processing scheme for video images and RFID sensor tags.Secondly,based on the collected image data of transmission lines,based on the theory of image extraction and segmentation,a morphological segmentation method based on multiple operators was proposed to realize the extraction of transmission line images.The algorithm was validated by simulation.Sexuality,and through the comparison analysis of the processing results with other operators,illustrates the advantages of the algorithm used in this dissertation.Thirdly,it analyzes the application scenarios of the transmission line monitoring platform,the deployment method,the main structure,and the communication protocol used in the operation of the platform.A power line front-end monitoring platform was designed on the Zynq.The establishment process of the platform is divided into two parts:the image processing and the identification sensor information processing.Through the design of the two parts of the image processing and the identification sensor information processing,the operation of the monitoring platform is realized by using the polling operation mode at the PS end..Finally,the functional simulation and system operation tests were performed for the designed monitoring platform.The test results show that the system designed in this dissertation meets the operational requirements.
