Research On Construction Operation Management Information System Planning Of TD Company

With the rapid development of company management theory,people are paying more and more attention to the problems encountered in the management process by relying on the informatization,intelligence and de-manualization of company management.As a practitioner of greenbelt maintenance business,TD has been facing the challenge of increasing demands for greenbelt maintenance construction operation management business due to the continuous increase in urban development in recent years.It has encountered challenges in the management of greenbelt maintenance construction operations.To the outstanding problems such as low management efficiency,low integration of the company’s informatization,insufficient support of the existing management information system for decision-making matters,and incompatibility between the informatization construction and the company’s development scale.How to solve the problems in management through information technology in order to improve management efficiency and reduce management costs has become the current focus of TD.This paper takes TD Company’s construction operation management information system planning as the research object,summarizes the research status of engineering project management information system and management information system planning at home and abroad through the literature research method,analyzes the construction operation management status of TD Company in detail through the field investigation of TD Company,summarizes the existing problems of construction operation management of TD Company,and demonstrates the implementation of TD Company The necessity of work management information system.On this basis,through the enterprise system planning method,combing the company’s core management process and business process,summed up the corresponding management information system functional requirements,based on the TD Company’s strategy,proposed the TD Company construction operation management information system overall planning,system framework planning and subsystem planning.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the planning scheme,the safeguard measures for the implementation of the planning scheme of TD Company’s construction operation management information system are proposed.This paper is helpful to reduce the cost of TD construction management.
