Research On Import Transport Flow Optimization Of China-Europe Block Train Logistic In T Company

With the developing of international economic and help from the advocacy of the national policy “One Belt and one Road”,the volume of import and export container shipping between China and Europe through international rail transport has increased year by year.In addition,the United States has provoked a trade war against China.In recent years,the trade between China and European countries has become more frequent.For the international container cargo transportation industry,the number of international freight forwarding companies has sprung up,the market price is getting lower,and the competition in market has been continuously improved.In order to build the core competitiveness of the enterprise,it is the top priority of international logistics enterprises to minimize the cost,shorten the delivery time and improve the timeliness of transportation.Some companies start to reduce the time cost of the logistic supply chain by managing and optimizing business processes,and gain a certain market in the market.We hope that it will improve business process and the quality of service for customers.Via the method of Process Integration,a lot of domestic companies succeed to reduce waste in production,and make sure the customs clearance and border cargo transit go smoothly,also gradually improve efficiency,improve service quality,and get more customer’s order from the market.Based on the systematic analysis and research on the theory and case of process optimization,this paper proposes a set of methods for the optimization of China-Europe international railway transport container business process,and introduces the value stream analysis method into the process of import business process.In the process of optimization,we do it based on the principle of simplifying the process and improving the efficiency,and take the optimization of customer B ’s import order process as an example.In the empirical study,firstly,the current situation of company T is introduced,and the reasons for process optimization are analyzed.The main purpose is to reduce the production time cost for company T,improve the efficiency of business process,and shorten the order processing cycle to meet the request from customers.Then,this paper introduces the current status of the business process of importing cargos through railways from Europe to China,and uses business process optimization and related tools of value stream analysis to draw business processes.Next,find out the main and controllable causes of the delay in the cargo transport,check out the reasons which company T is able to control.Secondly,clarify the goal of optimization,and design the solution of optimization.By deleting and combing the existing problematic sections in the international container railway transportation,we can reduce the waiting time of logistics information required by customers and shorten the lead time of logistics business.Finally,start the new plan and evaluate the effect.After analysis and comparison of the information flow in the process,it is found that the information flow is more smoothly transmitted and lead time gets less.Mainly it can reduce the waiting time of customers’ business information reduced,be respond to customers’ request in time,and improve the on-time delivery of orders.It optimizes the operation management system of the enterprise and reduces the complaints and dissatisfaction of customers.Finally,this paper summarizes the core content of process optimization,And list the feasible and valuable suggestions for future process optimization.
