In recent years,the "green channel" policy is being implemented steadily and effectively.However,at a time of rapid and comprehensive economic and social development,urban construction is becoming more developed.According to the current state of economic development,the waiver amount for green channels and the number of vehicles’ passing times are bound to continue to increase.Faced with such a huge amount of data,traditional management methods are no longer suitable for current business needs,and the original high-speed green channel management system has improved efficiency in various aspects,but there is still no guarantee of data security and a large amount of invalid data,high error rate and other issues.As a result,business development is still plagued by problems such as the large amount of reductions and exemptions,the heavy workload of on-site review,and the difficulty of overall business management.In order to better implement the "green channel" policy of fresh agricultural products,which benefits farmers and the people,the highway operation management department of our province has decided that the current priority work is to strengthen the management of green and fresh agricultural product transportation vehicles,avoid counterfeiting of green channel vehicles,and strengthen the identification of green channel vehicles on highways.Based on the original high-speed green channel management system,this research project analyzed the current status of the green channel business and explored the deeper industrial value behind green and fresh agricultural product transportation.It uses computer software technologies such as Docker containers,SOA service architecture,SpringMVC,ReactJS,D3 js,etc.Added data visualization system,including the Web-side Green Channel Smart Management System and Android real-time monitoring mobile applications named Lv Tongbao and it is designed and implemented for the performance optimization of the data visualization front-end.In this way,the efficiency and accuracy of the green channel is improved,and the situation of stealing,escaping,leakage,and recovery is reduced.This research project has greatly helped the highway’s operation and management of our province in business planning,resource scheduling,emergency disposal,and procedure supervision and basically meets the needs of the expressway operation management department of our province to make more dimensional and more valuable scientific decisions with informationized technology,digital technology and intelligent technology.
