This topic is derived from the development of an electro-optical pod servo control system.The thesis first completes the overall plan planning and circuit design of the system according to the design requirements of the project,focusing on the design and development of the digital interface of the pod control system based on FPGA;Subsequently,the scheme design of the resolver decoding system and the error compensation technology are mainly studied,and the software and hardware design of the resolver decoding system and the solution to the data fusion errors of the multi-pole resolver are discussed.The main tasks completed are as follows:(1)According to the functional requirements and technical index requirements of the electrooptical pod servo control system,the overall plan of the control system based on FPGA + DSP was formulated.At the same time,the selection of key components and the hardware circuit design of the control system were completed.(2)Completed the design and development of the pod digital interface based on FPGA.According to the interface function requirements of the entire control system,the digital interface scheme design of the control system based on FPGA was completed,and key technologies such as cross-clock domain signal processing were studied.The development and debugging work of the upper communication module,driver communication module,gyro communication module,RDC module,DI / DO module,XINTF module and clock module are introduced.Finally,the experimental platform was used to verify the results.The results show that the design meets the requirements and is put into practical use.(3)The design and development of resolver decoding system is completed.According to the system’s technical requirements for resolver decoding,the development of resolver decoding system based on RD19230 was completed.Then based on the low cost requirements of the system,a resolver decoding system based on AD2S1210 was developed.For two different decoding systems,the joint test and joint debugging work has been completed and put into practical product application.(4)The data fusion in multi-pole resolver is analyzed and studied in detail.First,the data fusion principle of the coarse and fine channels in the multi-pole resolver is introduced;Then,the theoretical errors occurring during the data fusion process are analyzed;Finally,the algorithms(fixed interval judgment method and follow-up interval judgment method)that can compensate for this kind of error are researched and verified by experiments.
