Traditionally,exhaust emissions from internal combustion engines have a negative impact on the urban environment.With the improvement of environmental awareness,human life is gradually developing towards the direction of high efficiency and environmental protection.Electric vehicles are widely used as new energy vehicles.As one of the core components of electric vehicle,motor needs to use reliable and accurate angle sensor to adapt to harsh environment.Reluctance resolver can meet the requirements of electric vehicle.Based on the analysis of the principle of reluctance resolver,this paper designs the key parts of the design of reluctance resolver,such as excitation winding,signal winding and rotor shape.On this basis,the finite element model is established in Ansoft software,and the correct sine and cosine signal output induced potential waveform is obtained by simulation,which can realize the function of angle measurement.At the same time,the harmonic distortion rate is analyzed,and it is found that there is room for further optimization.Then,in order to improve the spinning performance,through the optimization of the rotor shape,the sinusoidal coefficient of the rotor is selected to optimize the rotor shape,and the superior coefficient is obtained by comparison,which provides a reference for the later design.At the same time,the shape compensation coefficient of the rotor is introduced to reduce the influence caused by the drastic change of air gap length,and the waveform distortion rate is found to be reduced by calculation.Considering the influence of fabrication process and assembly process on the accuracy,the adverse effects of various factors on the output signal of spinning are obtained by simulation through specific analysis of rotor eccentricity,stator eccentricity,excitation winding offset and excitation winding direction.It is found that the influence of fabrication and assembly process on the spinning performance is significant and should be avoided and reduced as far as possible.The occurrence of such problems.Finally,the AD2S1200 of AD company is chosen as the main chip,and the shaft angle conversion circuit is made by single-phase excitation.The reasonable output waveform is verified by the existing Domochuan prototype experiment.According to the structure and characteristics of PMSM,the mathematical model of tabular PMSM in three-phase and two-phase coordinate systems is analyzed in this paper.A rotor flux-oriented control strategy of = 0 is established.The principle of vector control and space vector pulse width modulation technology are studied.A double closed-loop control system of PMSM speed outer loop and current inner loop is designed to realize the speed regulation function of permanent magnet synchronous motor,which has good dynamic response and steady-state characteristics.
