Metal rubber is a kind of porous elastic material,which has the good elasticity of traditional rubber,but also has the extreme environmental adaptability of metal materials,so its service life is long,and its mechanical properties can be adjusted according to the needs of specific projects.In this paper,the metal rubber test piece used in the pipeline damper is studied.Firstly,the required size and relative density of the metal rubber specimens were prepared,and then the static compression test and cyclic loading test were carried out to study the mechanical properties of the metal rubber specimens.Then the simulation is carried out in the finite element analysis software,and compared with the experimental results.Finally,the mechanical properties of the metal rubber damper are simulated in the simulation software.The specific research contents are as follows:1.The load displacement curve of metal rubber specimen can be divided into three stages:linear elastic stage,soft characteristic stage and hard characteristic stage.In this paper,the soft characteristic stage of metal rubber specimens is studied in detail,the beginning and end nodes of this stage are mainly studied,and the average stiffness of soft characteristic stage is analyzed.2.In the cyclic loading test of metal rubber,it is found that the hysteresis curve obtained in each cycle is different.In this paper,the area of the hysteresis curve in each cycle is compared to study the attenuation law of metal rubber damping performance.Then,the hysteretic curves of metal rubber specimens with different relative densities are compared,and the research of relative density on the damping performance of specimens is explored.Cyclic loading test is carried out under two different prestressing forces.Different prestressing forces will have an important influence on the test results.In this paper,the damping performance of metal rubber specimens under different prestressing forces is analyzed.3.Stiffness and damping are important mechanical parameters of metal rubber specimens.The research on stiffness and damping is of great significance for practical engineering application and input of parameters in finite soft simulation.In this paper,the stiffness and damping parameters of two kinds of metal rubber tests under different prestressing force are identified,and the influence of relative density and prestressing force on the stiffness and damping of the test piece is obtained,which provides the theoretical basis for the follow-up study.4.In the finite element analysis software,the cyclic loading test is simulated,and the simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the reliability of the simulation.Then,the change of damping property of metal rubber specimen is studied by changing the simulation parameters.In the finite element software,the metal rubber damper is studied,and the effect of the damper under the stable harmonic load and initial velocity is studied.
