| The Centralized Signalling Monitoring System(abbreviated as CSM)is an important driving equipment to ensure driving safe、strengthen the management of Signal Equipment、monitor the operation quality of Railway Signal Equipments,also it is an important part of modernization of railway signal system equipments.It integrates the latest modern technologies,such as sensors,fieldbus,computer network communication,database and software engineering,it monitors and records the main operation status of each equipment in railway signal system.to provides a scientific basis for the power department to master the operation quality and fault analysis of the equipment.The system realizes the online monitoring of signaling devices including power supply panel,switch,track circuit,signal,Train Control Center(abbreviated as TCC),Computer Based Interlockingand(abbreviated as CBI),Centralized Traffic Control(abbreviated as CTC)to complete the real-time monitoring.At the same time,the system also has the function of data logical judgment,it will alarm timely when the working condition of signal equipment deviates from the predetermined limit or abnormality occurs,so avoiding the impact of equipment failure or illegal operation on the safety and punctual operation of trains.Track circuit is an important signal equipment widely used in railway system of our country,In the whole railway signal field,it plays an important role in checking the occupancy of trains and transmitting information to on-board equipment.Microcomputer monitoring of track circuit in railway signal system plays an important role in railway application system.Especially in the field test section,good monitoring function can help testers locate the system faults accurately,and help testers find fault points quickly.At present,in the application of railway signal computer monitoring in our country,the reference value of electrical characteristics of track circuit can be monitored,and whether the reference value is within a specific range can be analyzed,but the specific location of the fault can not be accurately located.This paper attempts to study the subject of track circuit monitoring by computer monitoring.The purpose is not only to monitor the specific value of track circuit effectively and accurately,but also to judge the specific location of the fault through the monitoring value,and give the alarm information.This paper studies the track circuit monitoring topic.The purpose is to solve the problem of monitoring the blind area of outdoor equipment in the current track circuit system,the problem of monitoring data transmission and storage,and how to accurately determine the fault area and fault point.In response to the first problem,combined with the actual situation on the spot,an outdoor data collection scheme for the ZPW-2000A type track circuit was designed,which was achieved by adding outdoor collection contacts and a monitoring network.For the second problem,on the basis of not changing the existing communication protocol framework,increase the communication data,expand the original byte definition,data type and value range,on the basis of the existing system functions,by adding new system functions to fulfill.For the third problem,combined with the technical characteristics of CSM and ZPW-2000A track circuits and the actual situation of field work,the principle and technology of fault location and fault point judgment when a fault occurs are designed and implemented.Finally,the improved track circuit monitoring system can not only efficiently and accurately monitor the specific value of the track circuit,but also determine the specific location of the fault through the monitoring data,and give the function of alarm information.Firstly,the paper introduces the research significance and the overall situation of the system,then focuses on the analysis and research of the problems in the field test,designs and implements the acquisition circuit of track circuit analogue,uses VC++language to program,MFC designs the execution program software,and cooperates with SQL Server 2000 database.By inputting the field test data and designing the logic judgement of the integration of the monitoring data,the analysis and location of the field fault problems can be realized.Finally,simulation experiments are given to verify the validity and accuracy of computer monitoring.The results of the study can be verified and tested in all railway lines that are now open or under construction. |
