Track circuit is an important equipment to ensure the safety of railway transportation,but it often suffers from "red light belt","green light belt",poor shunting and other faults,and poor shunting is one of the most difficult faults.Regarding the poor faults of track circuits,both domestic and foreign measures have been taken to rectify and prevent them.This paper designs a management and control system for its prevention and remediation,which can effectively predict its safety level and take measures.The specific research is as follows:(1)The framework of the entire management and control system is designed,including the collection object layer,data collection layer,data processing layer,and man-machine conversation layer,and the role of each layer is introduced.Analyze the principle of ZPW-2000 A track circuit shunt failure failure,determine the evaluation factor of the management and control system and the effective interval of the evaluation factor,and then select the My SQL database management system suitable for this article from the economic and performance aspects,and establish a storage evaluation factor Database and data table.(2)Due to the inconvenience of collecting experimental data on the field track circuit,this paper designs a set of simulated track circuit experiment device to replace it.First carry out the circuit design,and then design the two-wheel-to-roll experimental device in the simulated track circuit experimental device to replace the on-site train wheels and tracks.The finite element analysis of ANSYS Workbench for the on-site wheel-rail contact and the two-wheel-to-roll experimental device is carried out,and the reliability of the simulation device is obtained through calculation.Then,at different speeds,conduct experiments on the influence of metal oxide film,dust impurity film,water film,and oil film on the contact resistance,and find out that they will not make the contact resistance value exceed 0.06 "Ω" thickness.(3)Add a current and voltage acquisition module and a wireless transmission module to the analog track circuit experimental device to complete the functions of real-time acquisition and wireless transmission,and design automatic receiving and sending software according to the working principle of the TCP/IP protocol socket client and server.The software realizes the functions of creating a server and monitoring the client connected to it,sending query codes,receiving and interpreting MODBUS packages,and uploading data to the My SQL database.After the software and hardware are successfully debugged,adjust the variable resistance in the experimental device to an appropriate value,so that the lighting pattern in the loop is consistent with the lighting pattern of the relay when a shunt fault occurs.Then,under the premise of the influence factors of contact resistance to ensure that the shunt is normal,simulation experiments of various environments are carried out.The obtained data is transferred to the My SQL database management system,and a trend chart of the degree of safety of each evaluation factor in the experimental data is given.(4)Analyze the data obtained from the simulation experiment.First,calculate the fuzzy entropy according to the membership function of each evaluation factor,obtain its membership matrix,and then calculate its fuzzy entropy value and weight value.Then,the decision-making comparison between the principle of maximum membership degree and the principle of asymmetric closeness is carried out.After comparing the decision results with the simulated experimental situation,it is found that the decision result of the 20 th group of data of the maximum membership principle is wrong,and the principle of asymmetric closeness is wrong.The result of the decision is completely correct.Therefore,the more accurate fuzzy entropy and asymmetry close to the principle of MATLAB algorithm programming,and Java mixed programming.Use the Java language to write and implement all the functions of the management and control system in Eclipse and introduce them in detail.In this paper,by building an experimental device and collecting evaluation factor data,especially the most important contact resistance,a number of experiments are analyzed.Supplement the experiment that simulates the field track circuit environment and upload the relevant data to the My SQL database.And through comparison,it is concluded that the decision result of the combination of fuzzy entropy and asymmetrical schedule principle is in line with the actual situation of the experiment.The comparison between the experimental results and the data analysis shows that this article has certain reference significance for the field experiment and the research of poor track circuit shunts which are difficult to collect data.
