Track circuit is a very important part of railway signal control system.The failure of track circuit will directly affect the efficiency of railway transportation,and may even cause serious accidents such as train derailment or rear-end collision,which threatens the safety of life and property.There are many reasons for track circuit failure and randomness,mainly due to the complex and changeable application environment and the relative backwardness of maintenance and repair means.In order to realize the real-time grasp of the equipment state and the accurate judgment and prevention of the fault,it is far from enough to rely on the experience of the equipment maintenance personnel and the periodic inspection.Therefore,a monitoring system which can collect the electrical characteristics of track circuit in real time and integrate multiple data for intelligent analysis came into being.The purpose of the paper is to change the traditional manual inspection mode,improve the quality of the equipment and prevent the failure,and also provide a favorable and reliable basis for the condition maintenance of the equipment,improve the transportation efficiency and ensure the transportation safety.The research object of this paper is the most common 25 Hz phase sensitive track circuit in China.According to the structural characteristics of 25 Hz phase sensitive track circuit,the intelligent monitoring circuit is added on the basis of the existing choke transformer.The original performance of choke transformer is not changed.The outdoor parameters and traction current of various track circuit signals are detected by current and voltage sensor.The amplitude and phase of various frequency signals are extracted intelligently by single chip microcomputer(STM32F103VET6).The software algorithm is used to analyze the signal to realize the fast fault judgment and location.This paper mainly studies the following contents: firstly,based on the working principle of 25 Hz phase sensitive track circuit,the characteristics of 25 Hz phase sensitive track circuit are summarized.The common faults and bad shunt problems of 25 Hz phase sensitive track circuit and the causes are analyzed in different states.Secondly,the main structure and composition of the intelligent monitoring system are described.The intelligent electronic circuit module is added to the primary and secondary positions of the common choke transformer beside the rail,and the parameters of the rail surface of the track circuit are monitored and analyzed in real time.And provide a comprehensive track history data record.Finally,according to the intelligent monitoring hardware platform of 25 Hz phase sensitive track circuit,the software algorithm is selected and the man-machine switching interface is constructed,and the relevant data in the monitoring database is transmitted to the analysis module.The system automatically analyzes the state of track circuit,obtains analysis report and outputs alarm.The system can enables make the staff to master the state of 25 Hz phase sensitive track circuit in real time,improve the reliability of 25 Hz track circuit equipment,and make the railway operation safer and more efficient.
