| Along with the wide application of BIM technology all over the world,there will be an informational reform to the traditional manufacturing industry.BIM technology,as a project information integration model with its characteristics such as visual,coordination,optimization,and so on,is increasingly recognized by the industry and implementation.The application of BIM technology in the project management of manufacturing enterprises will greatly enhance the effectiveness of project schedule management,so as to benefit the enterprise.Starting from theoretical research,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional schedule management mode and the causes of the problems,and probes into the principles and applications of the BIM-4D technology;combined T company Ar project schedule management status with the actual problems occurred;put forward the improvement program based on BIM-4D technology;and expounds the specific implementation measures in the application process,in order to realize the effective control of project schedule management.Through in-depth analysis and demonstration of the application advantages of BIM-4D technology in practical problems,it can be expected that BIM technology can not only play a huge role in the project management of T company,but also have broad application prospects in the industry. |
