| This article discusses the analysis and design of a class of integrated hydraulic experimental system. The problem stems from the pre-research project of laboratory construction, with a strong theoretical and practical background. The project calls for the rational use of the original experimental system in the laboratory and the analysis of early design and application of the hydraulic experimental system(Type I experimental system).Based on this, the project of complementary experimental system is completed through the integration. The specific task of this paper is to supplement and design a set of experimental system of high-power hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor based on the series and parallel hydraulically compensated power recovery, including the hydraulic system and the measurement and control system.First of all, this paper gives a brief overview of the status quo and trend of the development of hydraulic experimental technology. Then, the theoretical analysis and data analysis of Type I experimental system is carried out.Theoretical analysis focuses on the relationship between the various variables of the system, and proposes the composition of power closed loop and the performance index of power recovery system.Data analysis focused on the verification of important theoretical results, prediction of series and parallel pump operating parameters, and found a principle problem in the design of Type I experimental system. All of these provide an important basis for supplementary design.Furthermore,an integrated design strategy is proposed, the supplementary design work is completed and gives some explanations on some typical technologies encountered in the design. Finally, the feasibility of the hardware and software design of the supplementary experimental system is verified through simulation and experiments according to the laboratory conditions. The theoretical results, the analytical methods used, the design techniques clarified and the ideas of solving practical engineering problems are of great reference value to the related research. |
