The vibration and noise of hydraulic system has been paid more and more attention while hydraulic technique is developing towards quick, high pressure and large flow, and hydraulic pump is often seen as the main sources of hydraulic system noise. Therefore, studying the characteristics of hydraulic pump and motor and reducing the noise level is a research highlight. The precise measurement of noise of hydraulic pump and motor is necessary for studying noise reduction of hydraulic pump and motor effectively, and a high-performance hemi-anechoic room and hydraulic test syetem is required.Based on the requirements of noise measurement of hydraulic components, the conceptual design of hemi-anechoic room was completed and the hydraulic test system was designed in this thesis. In order to control the oil temperature in a proper range while noise measurement, the control strategy of oil temperature of closed circuit was proposed, and the thermodynamic simulation for the hydraulic system was established based on AMESim. Simulation studies show that return oil cooling has the optimal cooling efficiency and the closed-loop oil temperature control accuracy could meet the requirements.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:In chapter1, the development of noise testing laboratory was introduced, and the situation of research and application of nosie measuremet of hydraulic component was reviewed all over the word. The test standard of noise measurement of hydraulic pump and motor was investigated, and research and application of hydaraulic pump and motor was introduced briefly. Then, the significance and main research topics in the thesis were pointed out.In chapter2, the technical requirement of hemi-anechoic room was proposed based on the requirement for noise measurement of hydaraulic component. The conceptual design of hemi-anechoic room was completed according to the actual situation.In chapter3, The load control characterictics of different hydraulic circuits was discussed and analyzed, and the hydraulic system for noise measurement was designed based on design task and the requirements for noise measurement. Then, the detailed arrangement and structure of the hydraulic system was completed.In chapter4, the measuremt and control system was designed, including the hardware and software of PLC system. And the control system and UI was designed by using the OPC Server to conmulicate PLC and PC.In chapter5, on the basis of detailed analysis of the overheating and heat dissipation in hydraulic system, the control strategy of oil temperature of closed circuit was proposed. The thermodynamic simulation model was established, and simulation results show that return oil cooling has the optimal cooling efficiency and control accuracy of the closed-loop oil temperature could meet the requirements.In chapter6, major research contents in the thesis were summarized, and future research proposals were suggested.
