With the development of the economy,the widespread use of industrial chemical products has caused environmental pollution and food safety problems to continue to intensify.Environmental sanitation is closely related to food safety and people’s health,and it is necessary to control the detection and supervision in this field to effectively prevent the occurrence of security incidents.Therefore,the application of detection analyzers to monitor hazardous substances in environmental samples becomes an inevitable requirement.At present,traditional large-scale detection and analysis instruments have a long detection period and a fixed detection location,which is not suitable for rapid on-site detection,and it is difficult to meet people’s needs.With the development of technology,the emergence of instant detection technology and the popularization of smart phones,it has greatly promoted the development of instant detection equipment based on smart phone platforms.Instant detection technology can realize fast on-site detection.The smart phone integrates multiple electronic components in one body.Its powerful computing capability and diversified operation interface provide a more convenient platform for rapid detection.Therefore,the rapid detection of environmental samples based on the smartphone platform has broad application prospects.In this paper,an instant detection device controlled by a smartphone based on the principle of spectrophotometry is developed.The structure of the equipment,optical detection system,hardware system and software system are systematically studied.This article simplifies the optical detection assembly of traditional spectrophotometric detection equipment,using multiple monochromatic LED lamps as the detection light source and sharing a fiber optic probe to achieve the detection of multiple samples.The optical simulation analysis and light intensity loss analysis of the overall optical inspection structure were carried out to verify the feasibility and correctness of the optimized structure design.With the STM32F103RCT6 microprocessor as the core,the circuit design and circuit simulation analysis of the data acquisition module,microprocessor module,communication module,and power supply module are completed.The testing equipment developed in this paper uses a smartphone as the main control platform,and a PC as an auxiliary control platform.The development of real-time testing equipment software system includes three parts: testing equipment main software system,smart phone APP and PC host computer software.This article completes the design of transplanting the μC/OS-II operating system and the application programs of each functional sub-module on the STM32F103RCT6microprocessor;based on the Android operating system,the design of the smartphone APP human-machine interaction interface and the development of the application program are completed;Creator has completed the interface design of PC software and the development of application programs.Finally,the function test analysis and overall performance test experiment are carried out on each hardware module of the device prototype.Through the performance test analysis of the hardware modules of the prototype,the experiments show that the hardware modules of the prototype work well;through the performance test of the prototype as a whole and the detection experiments of the environmental samples,the performance indicators of the equipment are verified,and the results show that the specifications of the prototype meet the requirements Design requirements.Finally,the prototype and professional detectors are compared and analyzed,and the detection accuracy of the equipment is verified by the detection experiment of the industrial dye methyl orange.The results show that this device meets the design requirements for immediate detection of environmental samples.
