In Vitro Diagnosis(IVD)is a product or service for human health monitoring by analyzing blood,body fluids,or tissues.At the same time,with portability,convenient operation,rapid response and low cost,Point of Care Testing(POCT)has become an important branch of IVD.In order to solve the problems of single detection type,low detection accuracy of current POCT products,a color recognition based POCT detector has been designed.Because it has the abilities of multi-types testing,accurate detection,and cleanliness testing,this work has certainly practical value.This thesis introduces a new POCT detector system after investigating another current POCT detectors.An image acquisition program is designed to scan and transmit image.A high-precision algorithm is also designed for concentration detection.And a variety type of test paper can be detected by the new POCT detector after combing fitting a concentration curves and the concentration detection algorithm.Besides,this thesis proposes an improved binarization algorithm to achieve cleanliness detection.Finally,a software interface also is designed to realize human-computer interaction.The main contributions as follows:(1)For improving the precision of POCT detector,a test paper concentration detection algorithm based on binarization algorithm and color information data is designed,which effectively overcomes the influence of color difference caused by illumination and improves the detection accuracy.(2)To expanding the types of testing items,in this paper,a learning and training model is designed to establish the mapping relationship between the concentration characteristics of new items and the reaction color of test paper.(3)For solving the obscure problem of contaminated area,a binary algorithm which can adapt to illumination condition is designed by combining the block computing mean square deviation algorithm,edge detection algorithm and binarization algorithm.This system is compared with existing products on the market.The lowest concentration is raised from 0.5 ng/ml to 0.3 ng/ml,it has been proved that the human-computer interaction interface is friendly,and has a certain degree of expansibility and adaptability.
