With the continuous improvement of living standards,people's control over self-health has become more and more high.The traditional hospital-centered diagnosis and treatment model has gradually shifted to the family daily care and individualized medical model.The rapid development of real-time detection technology is the embodiment of this change.Based on the principle of instant detection technology and spectrophotometry,this paper designs and implements a portable,easy-to-use and reliable ARM-based POCT analyzer.The main research contents are as follows:This paper first analyzes the development status of POCT technology and ARM embedded system at home and abroad.Then according to the measurement principle and working principle of biochemical analyzer,combined with POCT technology and ARM embedded system,the overall design scheme of POCT analyzer is proposed.The POCT analyzer is mainly composed of two parts: a hardware system and a software system.Among them,the hardware system of the POCT analyzer adopts the modular design method,and completes the hardware selection of each module and the design of key circuits.The whole hardware system is based on STM32F407ZGT6 microprocessor,and is divided into six parts according to functions: optical module,data acquisition module,microprocessor module,human-computer interaction module,peripheral communication interface module and power module.In the optical module,an LED with a wavelength of 532 nm is used as a system light source to complete the optimal design of the optical module.The optimized optical path was simulated and analyzed by ZAMAX optical tracing software.The influence of the incident angle of parallel light on the detection results was studied.The software system of the POCT analyzer mainly uses the ?C/OS-II operating system to realize the scheduling and collaborative work among the various task subroutines.According to the target function of each hardware module,the task subroutine design of each module is completed.At the same time,the user-friendly human-computer interface design is realized by using the LCD liquid crystal touch screen.At the end of this paper,the key performance indicators of POCT analyzer are verified by transmittance repeatability,T-A shift deviation,standard curve drawing and sample determination experiments.The experimental results show that the POCT analyzer designed in this paper has reached the design requirements.At present,there is no commercial application of portable POCT analyzer using spectrophotometry in China.The development of portable POCT analyzer based on spectrophotometry fills the research gap in this field and provides some reference value for related research.
