Due to the capability of the safety of the traditional tower is bad, the range of the load is limited and the efficiency is low, the current device cannot meet the needs of experiment now. In addition, winch cannot do the experiments by the expensive balloon, so put forward the research of the constant tension platform for dragging and dropping. Referenced by the experience of the success of the winch, the paper needs to design the structure of the device and study the method of controlling constant tension of the cable.The consent of the paper as follows:The first chapter introduce the background of the device and the trend of the device,also the paper analyze the situation of the device and the meaning of studying the constant tension of the device. Eventually put forward the consent needs to research in the following chapters.The second chapter conceive the general design method of the device,including the design of the storage barrel and friction wheel. First review different methods of arranging cable, and according to the specification of designing flexibly and the fact, choose the best method of arranging cable. In order to regard of the motor driving the storage barrel and the cable, needs to design of the structure of the reducing tension of the friction wheel. Also groove designing of the friction wheel and researching on the quick change of the friction wheel. Eventually establish the model and the process of changing wheel.The third chapter put forward the method of DTC of the motor driving friction winch according to the function of the constant tension controlling. And analyze the method of DTC interfering the torque of the magnetic. Also analyze the application of the DTC in the frequency converter. Then study the specific application of constant tension by the DTC in the frequency converter. Eventually in the situation of receiving the cable and releasing the cable, storage barrel driving motor and friction winch driving motor how to run.The fourth chapter design the mechanical structure on the basis of chapter 2 and chapter 3, including the length 、diameter of the storage barrel. And design the number of groove and diameter of the friction wheel. In addition, according to the specifications of the load and environment, select the appropriate friction winch driving motor, storage barrel driving motor, detection of the tension and frequency inverter.The fifth chapter make up controlling diagram according to the DTC controlling in friction winch driving motor. Also establish the math model of the friction winch and analyze the process of the controlling system. Put forward the method of PID and fuzzy PID,and design the fuzzy controller.The sixth chapter of the paper is consent of the simulation and the experiments. Use MATLAB to establish the transfer function of constant tension controlling of the device.Also adopt the PID and fuzzy PID to simulate different loads. In addition, need to simulate other effect interfere with the PID and fuzzy PID controlling system. |
