Over the past 40 years since the reform and opening up,China has made great progress in politics,economy,science and technology,military and other aspects.The Chinese have also become more confident about going to the center of the world.China’s "new four great inventions":High-speed rail,payment-scanning,bike sharing and online shopping make foreigners envious and Chinese proud.With the development of China’s urbanization,more and more high-rise buildings are emerging at a high speed,and elevator,as a vertical transportation tool in high-rise buildings,also appears in people’s daily life in large numbers.At present,elevators in China generally carry out on-site maintenance and protection every 15 days.When the elevator fails,maintenance and protection personnel enter the site to repair the fault and rescue the trapped personnel.Experiments show that this method can improve the service quality of elevators.The average number of deaths per 10,000 elevators in China is not very high.Elevator is a special equipment directly related to people’s personal safety and property safety.In order to further improve the reliability and safety of the elevator,it is necessary to improve the supervision system and maintenance methods of the elevator.Therefore,the concept of elevator remote monitoring platform emerged.Elevator remote monitoring platform can realize remote real-time monitoring and fault prediction of elevator.In this paper,the research status and existing problems in the elevator remote monitoring field at home and abroad are analyzed,the elevator structure and working mechanism are deeply analyzed,and the elevator control system is studied in detail.On this basis,this paper designed the elevator remote monitoring platform,analyzed the requirements of the elevator remote monitoring platform from the perspectives of function,data transmission and feasibility,designed the platform architecture,and developed the platform communication,connector,database,interface and other functions.Based on the analysis of elevator fault and its causes,this paper studies the elevator fault prediction model based on RBF neural network.In order to improve the precision of the prediction and the rate of convergence of the model,the paper uses PSO optimization algorithm to optimize the elevator fault prediction model based on RBF neural network.Through the test,the elevator remote monitoring platform established in this paper can achieve the expected function well,and also put forward a feasible scheme for the elevator remote monitoring. |
