| The elevator is an important vertical transportation in people’s daily life.Because it is frequently used and hence often breaks down,its security,stability and efficiency have become a hot topic.With the development of new technology,remote wireless monitoring technology is applied to the elevator system.The subject has researched the elevator remote monitoring system(ERM)based on GPRS network,which helps monitor the running state of the elevator,and gets the timely warning of common faults.Firstly,the subject analyzed the research status at home and abroad and compared the basic monitoring schemes of all kinds of monitoring systems and put forward the overall design of the ERM system based on GPRS,combining the traditional remote monitoring system model.The system was analyzed from two aspects: hardware structure and software design.Secondly,the subject designed the hardware structure of the system.The hardware structure includes three basic components: monitoring,GPRS and server.Terminal monitoring collects elevator specific operational data and fault information,and then rely on GPRS to transmit the underlying data transmission to the remote server.The Subject selected the hardwares,such as the CPU of the system,and radio frequency devices and designed the peripheral circuit.Thus,the ideal monitoring effect is realized.Finally,the subject designed the software of the system and gave collection procedures of running status and the analysis and judgement of the common faults.The subject involves a friendly human-computer interaction,which allows query about the current running status of elevator.In the case of failure,the system will pass the relevant fault data to the mobile phone of the person in charge,and then it can effectively solve the problem of the real time of fault alarm and the blindness of maintenance.This makes the operation more convenient,less costly and has good reliability.You can easily follow the development and expansion of work. |
