| With the advancement of our country’s modern process,the tunnel boring machine has been widely used in road traffic,national defense engineering,water conservancy and hydropower and urban construction.As the main rock breaking tool of tunnel boring machine,cutter ring can replace 80%of the number of cutter replaced due to tool wear.Wear real-time monitoring is a technical problem to be solved in tunnel boring machine.In this paper,eddy current sensor is used as the monitoring tool,collecting data by CC2530 single chip microcomputer,transmitting data in a combination of wireless and wired,developing upper computer platform by C++language,developed a real-time monitoring system for cutter wear.staff can monitor the wear curve of the host computer to determine the extent of cutter wear,make timely the decision of changing the cutter.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the structural features and working environment of tunnel boring machine,The overall plan of the monitoring system is designed,including the arrangement of the sensor structure,the function planning of the lower computer and the upper computer.The data is transmitted by the combination of wireless and wired to ensure the reliability of data transmission.(2)Ansoft Maxwell software was used to simulate and combine the hardware circuit to design a large-scale eddy current sensor with good linearity for cutter wear monitoring.Software programming has achieved capabilities such as the collection of data,sending data packets and receiving wireless.(3)With the eddy current sensor as the monitoring tool and the 17-inch cutter as the tested object,it has established the function of the displacement and voltage.The voltage drift is determined by temperature compensation experiment and correction table is used to compensate the temperature-induced error.At the same time I have finished misalignment and anti-interference experiments to verify the eddy current sensor which could work in harsh environments.(4)In the visual studio 2010 environment,the upper computer part of the cutter wear Monitoring system of tunnel boring machine has been developed.It adopts "multi-thread"programming to realize data reception and improve the efficiency of program running.Used the third-party industrial control Iocomp ActiveX to achieved the dynamic display of wear curve and set the threshold alarm.So that TBM staff could intuitively observe the failure of cutter wear form,according to the actual situation in time for the cutter change.Real-time monitoring system for cutter wear of tunnel boring machine developed in this paper.The staff can judge the failure form of the cutter wear according to the dynamic wear curve of the monitor center in order to avoid accidents caused by cascade failure of cutter and damage of disc cutter.At the same time,the stored wear data also has important reference value for analyzing the wear mechanism and life prediction of the cutter. |
