With the improvement of people’s demand for comfortable office and living environment,more and more urban heat-supply network renovation projects are being carried out,and research on heat concentration has been continuously innovated.However,most of the theoretical academic achievements have not been applied to the current heat-supply network renovation project,operation management,dispatch and so on.Therefore,the transformation of theoretical results to engineering applications is imminent.Based on the knowledge of thermodynamics and hydraulics of the important components of the heat-supply network,the mechanism model of urban heat-supply network system is established,and then the semi-physical simulation platform is built.In this thesis,mainly in the following aspects:(1)Based on the mechanism knowledge of hydraulics and heat transfer,the mechanism of each important thermodynamic and hydraulic components in the thermal network system is analyzed and established respectively,the graph theory is used to describe the network topology.The dynamic model and thermodynamic model of the thermal network system are established one by one,and the related experiment simulation is carried out.The simulation experiment verifies the rationality of the mechanism model of the heat network system.(2)A semi-physical simulation platform of city heat-supply network system including PLC is built.The simulation platform includes three parts:monitoring software,simulation object and control system.OPC communication technology can achieve the communication between the monitoring software and simulation object.The necessary dynamic monitoring screen is designed.(3)For city heat-supply network system operation process,design the corresponding control strategy,Water supply pressure of secondary network is controlled by PID.PID control and fuzzy control respectively are used to control the return water temperature of secondary network.The effectiveness of the control method is verified by the simulation experiments of disturbance and fault control.In the simulation platform running in automatic control mode,experiments were conducted to study the process of heat-supply network monitoring system,using multivariate statistical methods according to the normal operation of the off-line data modeling to do process monitoring,two kinds of fault are simulated to verify the feasibility of the monitoring method.The semi-physical simulation platform set up in this thesis involves the mechanism modeling of the controlled object,the design of monitoring interface,the design of control strategy,and the on-line process monitoring system.The experimental research of the controller and process monitoring shows that the simulation platform can be used for the control strategy design and the experiment research of the process monitoring class.
