In the process of testing the pitch algorithm of wind turbines,traditional physical testing will be restricted by the site and equipment,and offline simulation has non-real-time problems.Therefore,semi-physical simulation technology has received more and more attention in the field of wind power testing.In this paper,the pitch motor of the wind turbine adopted permanent magnet synchronous motor for research.The mathematical model and vector control system of PMSM were established.The principle and realization method of space vector pulse width modulation were analyzed.According to the IEC61400-1 standard,the normal start,normal power generation,normal shutdown,emergency shutdown,shutdown or idling working conditions of wind turbine were set,as well as the corresponding wind conditions under each working condition.A 2MW wind turbine model was established in GH bladed software.According to 10 different working conditions and combinations of wind conditions,the load calculation was carried out respectively,and the required pitch torque on the pitch bearing under different combinations was obtained.After processing these data,the load data of the pitch motor was obtained.In view of the large fluctuation of load variation of pitch motor,an active disturbance rejection control system based on load torque compensation was proposed.The reduced order Luenberger observer was used to compensate the load torque disturbance of the active disturbance rejection controller,which can improve the ability of the system to resist load sudden change.Finally,the pitch algorithm was implemented on the DSP processor TMS320F28335.RT-LAB was used as the real-time simulator of the pitch motor,and the semi-physical simulation platform of the wind turbine pitch motor was established.Under the typical wind conditions of normal start-up,normal shutdown and emergency shutdown of wind turbine,the pitch algorithm of wind turbine was verified by experiments.The feasibility and effectiveness of the semi-physical simulation platform were verified by comparison with the offline simulation results of Simulink.
