Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s economy,the increasing population and the continuous growth of urbanization,the railway construction has also been continuously developed,which has made the people of the country put forward higher requirements on the railway passenger transportation efficiency and service quality.China Railway Passenger Station is an important place to accomplish passenger service and passenger transportation.With many characteristics such as the huge amount of passengers,the large flow and the complex shuttle of trains.It is the place where occurs conflict between trains most frequently.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,it is necessary for us to conduct a profound study on the optimization of railway train operation planning with the consideration of the current status of China’s railway terminal.The main contents of this thesis are located in the intelligent arrangement of train when they are entering the railway passenger station.First of all,this thesis talks about the background and significance of the research on the intelligent arrangement of the intelligent arrangement of train route in the railway station,and the current researches on this issue as well as the domestic railway passenger station working process.At the same time,the machine learning algorithm is introduced in detail which is used to solve the problem of railway train route selection optimization,and the algorithms such as logic regression algorithm,decision tree and artificial neural network algorithm are comprehensively analyzed respectively.Secondly,after deeply understanding each machine learning algorithm,they are applied to the practice of railway train route selection optimization.At the same time,trying to do data acquisition and processing relying on a railway passenger station.Through the data,it can realize the construction of three kinds of classification models of logic regression,decision tree and Naive Bayes that can be used to solve the problem of railway train route selecting optimization.The performance of each model is also evaluated respectively.Finally,the design and implementation of the intelligent arrangement simulation system for the railway train is carried out.The two modules of route search and route selection in the system are designed rationally.The route searching method based on the interlocking table rules and the route selecting model based on the integrated learning are constructed.At the same time,a simulation experiment is carried out on the intelligent arrangement system of the arrival railway train approach,and the simulation experimental results are analyzed and evaluated at last.
