Virtual Car-driving simulator has been broadly applied in research and development of automobile products, ergonomic research and car-driving training. While virtual car-driving visual simulation functions is an essential part of the simulator. Unity3D is a virtual reality toolkit cross-platform features, with a graphical resource integration, more powerful real-time rendering, physics simulation function, this paper carried out research on visual simulation of virtual driving based on Unity3D.Combined the advantages of the traditional virtual software with the Unity3D virtual reality development engine,a new method of hybrid moderling has been proposed in the thesis.First,3DMAX has been utilized to establish3D models as the building modelings,transportation sub-models,vehicle models;Next,Unity3D and EasyRoad has been applied to build models of the streets,create an virtual environment in which all the non-user cars and pedestrians are vivid posted and plan a line they will go,all the above items deliver a strong sense of reality;Last, the reality has been stimulated in vehicle dynamics as power drive,sideslip protection etc by binding parameters with vehicle dynamics.This thesis reflects value for research and application in car-driving virtual visual simulation by above human-computer interaction, visual real-time rendering and lifelike3D simulation.
