Since China’s accession to the WTO World Trade Organization,all walks of life have been fully integrated into the world rules,among which competition among construction projects is becoming increasingly fierce.Competition among rivals has also been transformed from simple domestic enterprises to advanced technology,standardized management and abundant capital to international enterprises.At the same time,the internal and external environment and rapidly developing technology of the project make more and more uncertain factors considered in today’s engineering projects,and are also facing more and more risks.The losses caused by risks are more and more serious.Therefore,the important task to effectively strengthen the project management lies in the risk management and control of the project.This paper is the method of case study,taking Jiangsu urban construction project of main building of Career Academy as a case study,the main building project risk management as the theoretical basis,in-depth study of the risk management and control of each stage of the project implementation process,and as a theoretical framework for Jiangsu urban construction project risk control exists in the main building of Career Academy the system in each stage of analysis and evaluation,the construction project risk assessment basic methods are:expert scoring method and breakeven analysis method,sensitivity analysis method,and then detailed analysis of the construction project risk factors,investment decision stage risk in Jiangsu urban construction project of the main building of Career Academy,the early stages of the risk and the construction risk and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The risk factors of main building project are analyzed by fuzzy analytic hierachy process(FAHP),and the first three risk factors that have the greatest impact are:the change of constuction conditions,changes of natural environment and design,two risk factors are cost risk.The cost risk has the greatest impact on the main building project.The cost risk of the design stage can be controlled by optimizing the design scheme and using the quota design method,and the cost risk of the bidding stage can be controlled through the amendment of the bill of quantities,the bid evaluation,the guarantee and the professional subcontract.
