| With the appearance of permanent magnetic materials and the development of permanent magnetic drive research,a new energy conservation and speed governing device came out,which is named Adjustable-Speed Permanent Magnetic Coupler.And it is more and more important in the modern industry.But the application of ASPMC is still far away from maturity,with a lot of problems to be studied and improved,such as modeling of magnetic field,variable solving,performance computation and other theoretical analysis aspects.Therefore,the establishment of magnetic field model and the analysis of performance are researched in detail in this paper,and the modeling method is applied to the design of ASPMC,which has an important significance on the productization of ASPMC.Firstly,the basic structure and operating principle of ASPMC are introduced,which shows the features of contactless connection,the soft starting process,and the energy conservation effect.The type of permanent magnet materials is described in this paper.With the example of two basic types of ASPMC,the corresponding structure and speed governing principle are presented,which expands the industrial fields it’s suitable for.Secondly,the magnetic model of axial-flux ASPMC is established with the equivalent magnetic circuit method.The magnetic field distribution of air gap,the distribution of induction field,and the expression of transfer torque and output power are solved out.Considering the characteristics of soft magnetic materials,the model parameters are improved,and the characteristics of ASPMC are analyzed.The expression of transfer torque is 3-D corrected according to the actual path of the eddy current.Thirdly,the steady state and transient performance is analyzed with the basis of the ASPMC model.Taking the single variable as an example,five main structure parameters are researched for the influence of the steady state performance of ASPMC.The system structure of transient performance research test is established to analyze the transient response of ASPMC in torque step input status.Finally,on the strength of basic structure for the modeling and the expressions of transfer torque and output power,the structure parameters are optimized and analyzed,and the structural dimension parameters are selected.And then the ASPMC with 500kW rated power is worked out,and the characteristics are analyzed.At the same time,ASPMC is simulated and analyzed by ANSYS Maxwell.With the comparison,the simulation results have a good consistency with the computation results of equivalent magnetic circuit model.The results show that the model of equivalent magnetic circuit has certain accuracy,which can accelerate the analysis of performance and the design process of ASPMC.It can be well used in the productization of ASPMC. |
