| With the development of international trade and economic globalization,the domestic economy and foreign trade have continued growing.The ports around the world which are increasing the investment and construction have also taken the opportunity to expand and develop rapidly.In order to meet the new requirements of goods from import and export,which also need transfering and transportation,including the new requirements of the shipping market.As the node and hub of transportation,port provides important foundation support for domestic economic construction and foreign trade development.It also plays an increasingly important strategic role in the process of regional economic integration.The main contents of this paper is how to resolve the excess capacity of the port and how to promote the rational allocation of port resources with further improvement of service efficiency and regional economy.This paper content is based on the analysis of the main ports in Shandong Province.Utilizing SWOT,PEST and other analysis methods,combining regional economics,industrial economics,and institutional economics,it analyzes how to rationalize the management system of ports and avoids vicious competition,which is combining the regional advantages and the characteristics of each port.It is promoting the integration development of port resources,better serve the development of the regional economy.Establishing a port strategic alliance can promote regional economic development while enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of regional ports.At the same time,it focuses on the analysis of Rizhao Port in trend of provincial port integration.Under integrating into the whole port industry chain and development of provincial port,path is remodeling. |
