| In recent years,the construction industry has developed rapidly,the construction industry in many areas has become the pillar of its economic development.However,with the introduction of some national purchase restriction policies,the development of the construction industry has been restricted to a certain extent,and the cost of construction(building materials,labor,machinery,etc.)has also been rising,this requires a new cost management model to replace the traditional project cost management model.The new construction projects are now large in size,with a longer construction period and a huge amount of project investment,The traditional cost management model can not meet the requirements of the entire project cost management at the present stage,in this context,BIM technology has become a scientific and social development of information products.BIM is a high-tech platform integrating information and digitalization,which makes the whole process of construction project cost management come true.BIM Technology also provides a communication platform for all participants,which makes the project cost more efficient,the project cost management can be optimized to save costs and increase economic benefits.This paper introduces the research and application of BIM technology at home and abroad,and then introduces the related knowledge and theory of engineering cost and engineering cost management,as well as the present situation and existing problems of engineering cost management in China,and compares and analyzes the application of traditional methods and BIM Technology in the project cost management;This paper expounds the contents of the construction cost in each stage of the construction project,analyzes the problems existing in the current construction cost management in each stage of the construction project in China,and the innovation brought by the introduction of BIM technology in the whole process of construction project cost management is analyzed by introducing engineering cases and combining theory with practice.The application of BIM technology improves the depth and quality of design,shortens the construction period,reduces the construction cost and improves the efficiency of management.The research of results of this paper are helpful to the sustainable development and progress of the construction industry. |
