As an advanced transport mode,the Truck-and-trailer transportation mode has obvious advantages over the traditional transport mode.In recent years,with the continuous growth of port cargo throughput,higher requirements have been put forward for the Truck-and-trailer transportation system,which bears the function of port cargo transportation.The emergence of intelligent port provides technical support for it.At present,the research of China’s transportation seldom involves the specific application of the Truck-and-trailer transportation,especially the tractor scheduling problem in it.In the traditional Truck-and-trailer transportation scheduling process,there are problems such as low comprehensive utilization rate and low efficiency of the tractor.There is a lack of reasonable and efficient scheduling scheme in the actual transportation process.In order to improve the efficiency of cargo transportation and reduce the operating cost of the enterprise,this paper takes the intelligent port as the technical background to study the Network-type Truck-and-trailer transportation in the port.The research on tractor scheduling optimization of transportation mainly includes the following work:Firstly,the theory is summarized from three aspects:The Truck-and-trailer transportation,the intelligent port and the tractor scheduling algorithm.This paper analyzes the types of the equipment and the network-type nodes of the port’s Truck-and-trailer transportation,and combines the characteristics of Truck-and-trailer transportation and the port’s network-type mode of operation,this paper expounds the business process of the network-type Truck-and-trailer transportation in the port.In addition,this paper summarizes the common algorithms of tractor scheduling,analyzes the principle,characteristics and application scope of the precise algorithm and the heuristic,in order to provide the basis for the scheduling algorithm.Secondly,the intelligent port has a wide range of application scenarios.According to the specific application scenarios of the port Truck-and-trailer transport,this paper designs the requirements,functions and business processes of the intelligent port Truck-and-trailer transport tractor scheduling system,this paper introduces the key technologies applied in the intelligent Port Truck-and-trailer transportation system,and analyze the feasibility.Finally,constructs the system architecture of the intelligent port truck-and-trailer transportation system according to the required functions and task transportation requirements.Finally,in the environment of intelligent port,according to the process of intelligent port network-type Truck-and-trailer transportation and the variables and constraints involved,a tractor scheduling model is constructed to minimize the overall cost.Then,design is divided into two stages of improved genetic algorithm,through Matlab programming software simulation of small-scale examples,analysis with the traditional manual scheduling scheme,the results are analyzed and compared in terms of the number of tractors used,the number of air-attached tasks produced,fixed costs,transportation costs,total transportation costs,etc.,then the rationality and validity of the scheduling optimization scheme based on the improved genetic algorithm are verified. |
