The rapid development of the world economy has accelerated the process of global trade integration,which has also promoted the rapid growth of container transportation business.The transportation system with port as the core and container as the carrier is gradually becoming the most important mode of transportation.In order to better integrate into the global supply chain system,China’s port enterprises have carried out large-scale resource integration,accelerated the integration of regional port groups,and established many port groups at the provincial level.Although the deepening of the reform of port group integration has broken the long-term institutional barriers,China’s sea-rail combined transport model started late,the proportion of sea-rail intermodal transport is relatively low,there are problems such as the small scope of goods supply,the single organizational mode of railway train operation and so on.Therefore,optimizing the network of container rail sea intermodal transportation can speed up the transportation speed,improve the service quality and meet the market demand,At the same time,it can coordinate the coordinated development between ports,which is of great significance to the port construction and comprehensive transportation system of our country..This paper first refers to the concept of port group,the background and characteristics of regional port group integration in China,analyzes.the network structure,operation process,organization content and optimization target of the railway container train.Then,according to the customer’s transportation demand between the port group and the hinterland,considering the transportation time window factor,from the perspective of the railway carrier,the railway train network transportation model of the container port group with the minimum overall transportation cost as the optimization goal is established.Introduces cuckoo search algorithm,and improves its search process,uses classical function to compare and test,and solves the model by improving the algorithm of cuckoo.At last,taking "Dayaowa-Bayuquan " as the port group and Liaoning Province as the hinterland,taking the historical actual transportation volume as OD demand,simulating the customer time window requirements,analyzing the example.Verify the validity and scientificity of the model. |
