As the most important part of the logistics chain of international trade, thecontainer port connection with the land and sea transport, and its operationalefficiency directly impact on the flow of goods in the international community. At thesame time as one of the Port core competitiveness, and only continue to improve itsoperational efficiency in order to make the port to stand out in the increasingly fiercecompetition. Efficiency of the inner harbor trailer has a direct impact on theoperational efficiency of the port and trailer scheduling efficiency is increasinglyimportant for the port, at the same time a large number of research institutions andscholars around the world are constantly engaged in research in this area. This thesisfocuses on the disadvantages of the traditional container port in China “Job Line”trailer scheduling mode, proposed a more efficient, more reasonable oriented audiencerange of trailer scheduling mode. Purpose is to design a trailer scheduling method,allowing the trailer to be able to break through the constraints of the operating linemode, serving the audience within the crane, to improve equipment utilization in theinner harbor, reduce trailer Kongshi rate, reducing the completion of a seriesinstruction time.The article first review the container ports trailer scheduling home and abroad todo the combing foreign container port trailers and trailer scheduling; then is forresearch in this area and found that different research in this field at home and abroad,as well as contrast the lack of domestic research. Summarize the results of previousstudies, and to identify research and lay the theoretical foundation for the writing ofthis article.Second, in the full understanding of the mode of operation of the port based onreasonable assumptions, and the establishment of this article trailers audiencescheduling mathematical model. In the choice of the objective function of the model,based on the evaluation of the most important indicators of the actual operation in theport, determined to complete the entire container handling time combined the trailerKongshi rate as the objective function of the model, in line with the actual needs ofthe port.Then gives an efficient algorithm for the, algorithm combines Genetic algorithmand Automod simulation model, which is to ensure the effectiveness of the algorithm,but also to ensure the high speed of the algorithm. Finally, through case studies, to verify the validity of the model and algorithm,and the traditional trailer operating line models were compared, results showed thatthe more traditional research trailer scheduling mode in a substantial increase inefficiency.
