| In the strategy of China’s 13th five-year plan,it has been mentioned many times that we should build beautiful and livable villages.However,due to the long-term imbalance between urban and rural development,coupled with the constraints of natural conditions and economic conditions in some areas,the quality of housing in many villages and towns is not optimistic.At the same time,in the actual dangerous house appraisal,there are major problems such as the shortage of experts,the cumbersome process,and the lack of objectivity of appraisal results,which make the appraisal results in different areas have great differences.In order to solve these problems,this paper designs and implements a risk rating management system for village and town buildings that is suitable for the current rural situation,so as to ensure the smooth identification of village and town buildings and the success of related work.Based on the study of current rural policies and the status quo of dangerous house appraisal and the study of relevant theories of house appraisal,this system introduces the idea of "Internet+" project and integrates the deep learning algorithm into the design and implementation process of the system.In the process of the automatic identification of the upper member,"DC-YOLO"model is put forward,raised on small target detection ability,make full use of the advantage of the deformable convolution,solve the problem of the traditional model is difficult to adapt to the characteristics of the target,compared with the traditional classification model experiment,the results show that the "DC-YOLO" model for the classification of the upper member of accurate rate reached more than 0.9,the recall rate reached more than 0.87,F1 value reached 0.9,compared with other models,there are varying degrees of increase.Based on the feature extraction of the building upper components and the realization of automatic identification of the risk level,this paper proposes the method of identification of the village and town building risk level with "two-stage three-level method",in order to complete the identification of the whole building risk level,and designs and realizes the management system of the village and town building risk level identification.In the process of system design and implementation,the development background and significance of the system are determined by fully considering the current situation of the village and town buildings in the early stage of field research and combining with the source of the topic.According to the system requirements,the system architecture design,functional structure design and database design are carried out,and the functions of each module are designed in detail.In the aspect of system implementation and testing,this article from the system user login function,basic information management,personal information management,user management,appraisal result management functions,photographs,note management functions of six modules were shown on the system interface,at the same time from the interface,function,performance,three aspects completed system test of related modules.In the end,the author summarizes and anticipates the contents of this paper.Village building risk level appraisal risk management system for villages and towns building level appraisal system,provides a feasible scheme and application is helpful to the realization of the strategy of rejuvenating our country,the completion of the beautiful countryside has played a significant role in promoting,helps our country villages and towns building appraisal scientific management into the right track. |
