The Optimization Theory Of Reliability And Programming Of Appraisal Software Of Civil Buildings

As for the problem of the design theory and construction technology, and with the time escape, many safety and usage problems appear to the exisit buildings, therefore reliability appraisal should be taken and reinforcement needs to be applied by providing proper means, which a serial of scientific and reasonable appraisal procedure should be established immediately. In the past, means based experience was usually used with no uniform criterion, which include disadvantages based on experience of individual or several people. Since the'reliability assessment of the industrial buildings'was founded in 1999, a scientific procedure has been established which avoids the shortcomings of the means based experience.Regarding Civil buildings as the researchable object, in this paper, the problems of the reliability appraisal and shortcomings of the means to calculate the indexβof reliability are analysed. Then a optimize method model is established based on the geometrical meaning of the indexβof reliability, and the indexβof reliability is calculated using the genetic algorithm method. Then genetic algorithm and local search method are combined to avoid the shortcoming of the genetic algorithm which always evaluates slowly with the evaluation, the detailed stepes are: using genetic algorithm to search for several generation firstly and then local search method is used whose initial value is the value got by the last generation of the genetic algorithm. By this means, the advantages of both global search of genetic algorithm and local search of local search method are developed, which is verified a effective method by calculating several examples.According to the current regulations of << reliability assessment of the industrial buildings>>, the reliability appraisal software of Civil buildings is programmed for the purpose of project application. This software has a friendly interface, simple and convenient operation, fluency running and so on. So, it is easy for technician to use it, and is practical for the engeering.
