| Asphalt pavement micro surfacing has a good sealing performance,slip resistance and abrasion resistance,and normal construction of the environmental impact is small,which is widely used in high grade highway asphalt pavement repair and prevention of disease.But compared with the ordinary asphalt pavement,after placing the micro table place when the vehicle interior noise and outside noise will be increased obviously,and long time exposed to high decibel noise driving environment,easily lead to ride personnel inattention,seriously affecting the driving safety.Based on the present research experience of improving road surface texture to effectively reduce pavement noise,this paper uses road surface texture to construct simulation technology to study the effect of road surface texture on pavement noise at the micro surface.First,the image processing and 3D reconstruction are applied to the texture construction of the surface of the micro surface.The principle and method of obtaining the texture of the surface texture of the micro surface are introduced,and the size of the porosity of different types of micro surface is calculated based on the OJIN segmentation method.Image acquisition,image processing,3D visualization and porosity calculation depend on four parts of MATLAB algorithm.In order to reduce users’ recognition of lengthy code,an image interface operation system based on human-machine interaction is developed by MATLAB/GUI.The system uses the interface integration processing method,which facilitates the user image to intuitively feel the effect of the algorithm in each link of the image reconstruction,and provides a great convenience for the user to manipulate the whole system.Secondly,the paper introduces in detail the table structure simulation model construction method,this method is the main principle of the secondary development of ABAQUS is made by Python programming design language interface,the interface program main function is to reconstruct digital image of each pixel space coordinate transformation of the finite element analysis is to identify the unit grid node coordinates,then secondary development interface will be imported into the finite element,the reconstructed image so as to build a practical micro texture structure finite element model of the micro table place,for the next step in finite element structure vibration response acoustic analysis and solution for bedding.Thirdly,based on ABAQUS to create a simple smooth tire model,through the assembly module in ABAQUS/Standard solver in rolling process in simulation of the tire on the road,and then extract the tire rolling vibration response signal,when combined with acoustic boundary element model,the simulation calculation for tires in the dynamic structure vibration noise in the process of rolling.The simulation results show that the noise at the microscale decreases significantly with the change from coarse to fine.Adding fiber and rubber particles can effectively reduce the vibration noise of wheels when running on the surface of micro-surface.The effect of adding rubber particles is slightly better than that of adding fiber.The effect of adding fiber and rubber particles on noise reduction at the microscale is smaller than that of coarse to fine mixing at the microscale.Finally,the paper based on the acceleration loading platform indoor pavement noise measurement system is developed,test the micro table place road noise,and the test results and the numerical simulation results were compared to verify.Results show that the simulation calculation for the tire vertical vibration acceleration value correlation with indoor test measured vibration value is bigger,confirming the table texture structure simulation method for the reliability of the acoustic analysis. |
