Abstract/Summary:
Modern cities need colorful decorations to highlight their colorful colors.Urban roads also need to get rid of a single shades of gray to get rid of visual fatigue.Color paving of urban roads can not only increase urban sentiment,but also reduce the incidence of traffic accidents in some key sections.Therefore,color pavement of urban pavement will be a potential stock and will certainly have a better future development of.This paper focuses on the issue of color pavement of urban roads,aiming at the development of color pavement suitable for heavy traffic,based on the relevant technical indicators in "Technical Guidelines for Micro-surfacing and slurry seal" Commercially available methyl methacrylate(MMA)and bleached modified emulsified asphalt are the basic binders and a large number of experimental studies have been conducted.MMA as the binder,2mm-3mm red ceramic particles,0.15mm-0.3mm white quartz sand as the mineral composition,the orthogonal test to determine the sand ratio(quartz sand and MMA mass ratio,90%)to Wet wheel wear test and load wheel sticky sand test to determine the role of oil-stone ratio?(28.5%),its wear resistance,anti-rutting resistance,water stability and anti-skid performance have been verified by a large number of inhouse tests to meet the requirements of "Micro-surfacing and slurry seal and technical guidelines",And its wear resistance,anti-rutting deformation performance and water stability is very good,fully able to meet the heavy traffic requirements,road performance is good.Based on the ordinary MS-3 type micro-surfacing mineral material,the decoloring modified emulsified asphalt was used as the cementing material,and on the basis of this,the ore powder below the particle size of 0.075 mm was replaced with the red pigment(Bayer 4410 red iron oxide),The replacement ratio of 5%.As a result,the grade of aggregate was composed of mineral aggregate and bleached modified emulsified asphalt was used as the cementing material.The best whetstone ratio(7.2%)was determined by wet wheel wear test and load wheel sticking sand test.Follow-up large number of test results show that the color of the decolorized asphalt at the micro-wear-resistant performance,anti-rut deformation performance,anti-skid performance and water stability and other road performance can meet the "micro-table and slurry seal technical guidelines " In the relevant requirements,road performance is very good.The MMA color anti-skid micro-table and decolorized asphalt color micro-table developed by this paper have good performance in all kinds of pavement,which can meet the application conditions of heavy traffic and have high development prospects.
