| With the expansion of the profit space of the automobile aftermarket and the increasingly fierce competition,auto manufacturers are paying more and more attention to the management of dealers’ after-sales services.Because large automobile OEMs have a large number of dealers nationwide and the business operations are complicated,the manual analysis of dealer data to identify business problems not only requires lots of time and efforts,but also fails to identify problems timely due to human factors.Therefore,the development of an after-sales service data warning system applicable to automobile companies is of great practical significance and value for automobile companies and managers.Considering the actual needs of automobile companies,this paper designed an after-sales service data warning system easy to operate and maintain with the function of effective early warnings based on the deep understanding of after-sales service management models and business operations of automobile companies.For the implementation of early warnings,the system generates early warning warnings based on the early warning rules and dealers’ business data.In this paper,early warning indicators were used to design corresponding rules.Specific early warning scenarios and monitoring indicators were designed from three categories,including numerical value anomalies,numerical trend anomalies and business structure anomalies.The early warning levels and thresholds were also set.The settings of warning thresholds used the linear combination of subjective and objective thresholds.Among them,the subjective threshold was set using the percentile method in accordance with experts’business experience and the objective threshold was obtained based on the K-means clustering method.For the implementation of system functions,the designed system adopts the B/S architecture and uses the Java Web technology for development.Ordinary users can log in to the system through Web browsers and view corresponding early warning information and service data according to their authorities.System administrators can edit early warning rules and manage early warning systems.The main objective of this system is to enable all levels of managers responsible for after-sales services in automobile OEMs to quickly identify dealers’ after-sales service problems through the system so that they can control the business through timely measures.At present,the system has been put into practical application in automobile companies.The early warning results and system functions can satisfy the needs of enterprises and managers,showing good practical effects. |
